Disappointed with pods

Hi McClouds,

I'm writing to share my experience with the Vaporesso 0.6 and OXVA 0.6 pods I regularly purchase from your store.

Recently, I've encountered a recurring issue where the pod lids break on the side, preventing a secure closure within the pod system. I reported this issue to Connor, and he took a photo for documentation.

As a result, I've had to discard pods that still had usable liquid, leading to wasted money and e-liquid. I am disappointed in the quality of both the Vaporesso and OXVA pods. I would appreciate it if we could arrange for replacement pods or a refund for the faulty products.
